Today I was watching Lilo & Stitch 1 and 2. It's been so long since I last saw them and they are so underrated and good. Might go for a rewatch tomorrow, hehehe. Although I bet I'll cry in the second film again. I FRICKIN LOVE IT GUYS. Praise Disney for it's wonderful films.
Either way, it made me crave for some polynesian music and dances. I've spend hours on YouTube now watching all kinds of dances, like hula, 'ote'a and rapa nui. Being from Chile, I always feel a special connection to Rapa Nui (Easter Islands) even though I don't really have any blood connection to the island. Anyway, I honestly love these different polynesian dances and songs. They're so pretty and tropical to listen to. Watching these dances makes me want to learn them, and listening to these songs makes me want to learn their languages.
One day, I will visit Hawaii, Tahiti and Rapa Nui.
I'll leave you guys with a few songs that I've been addicted to, lol. One is the soundtrack of Lilo & Stitch so I'm sure a lot of you will recognise it. :)
